Dear Passenger,
In the event of a loss of any items during voyage on board POLFERRIES ferry, please report it to the reception. After the completion of a voyage the loss should be reported to one of the following offices:

a) for passengers travelling on Gdańsk - Nynäshamn line:

While making a report please give the following details:
1) name, surname, home address, telephone contact number of the person reporting a loss,
2) date and line (cabin number, if any), during which the loss was suffered,
3) detailed description of the lost item.

If the item lost is found, the Carrier will notify the person making a report on the possibility of collecting the item personally or, alternatively, the item will be sent by post to the owner at their expense.

The Carrier reserves the right to give the found item away to a charity at the Carrier’s discretion or to destroy it should it not be collected within 6 months.
